Itinerary
You will be welcomed by our staff standing with your name-card in the airport arrival terminal and transferred to your hotel by private vehicle. There will be a small meeting about the trip in the evening.
On the second day, you will visit some of the most amazing cultural sites in Kathmandu
valley, which are also UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The Temple of Pashupatinath is one of the most holy sites in the world for Hindus. After that, you will visit Bauddhanath Stupa, which is a famous destination for Buddhists. Then the ancient city of Bhaktapur, filled with ancient palaces, temples, alleys, and shops, is like modernization crawling within a city frozen in time. From here, continue the drive to Dhulikhel. You can see the Newari culture and Newari style houses and living style of local people in Dhulikhel overnight in a dhulikhel. This village is 500 years old. After breakfast we start to walk to Namabuddha via local villages and nice terraces, we will arrive at Namo Buddha, an alarmed Buddhist place where Lord Buddha saved the life of a tiger dying from hunger, by giving him his flesh. From here, by walking 3 hours we will reach Balthali village at the altitude of 2400 m.
Today we will explore a full day in Banthali Village. You will explore around a typical Buddhist village Danda Gaon that is a Buddhist community living area. equally we are able to work at Pada Gaon (2100 m.) from here will have a chance to see different mountain ranges to the north and charming untested forest to Mahabharata range. Later on back to the resort.
After breakfast, we will continue to walk to Panauti Village, which is one of the old Newari Villages. Panauti claims a large number of fascinating temples and old historical monuments. Later on, after spending some time over there, we drive back to Kathmandu City by Pirate vehicle.
On the day of your departure, enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and complete the checkout procedure. Our staff of IME Travels will see you off at the Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight for your onward destinations. You can then get ready to depart home after completing your amazing journey in The Himalayan
