Granting a UAE visa is completely at the discretion of the Immigration Officer in Dubai. Once the process begins, the visa fee cannot be refunded.
- The applicant must possess a passport with a validity of at least 6 months.
- Submission of both original and scanned copies of the passport is required.
- Two recent passport-size photographs against a white background is necessary.
- A certificate proving a family relationship is needed if traveling with family.
- An official letter from the applicant explaining the purpose of travel on behalf of our company’s client.
- Hotel details (location, contact information, emails).
- Company references may also be requested.
Payments Policy
To confirm the booking of the holiday packages, the passenger/traveler is required to make a deposit based on the number of days before departure:
- 15% non-refundable down payment when signing the agreement for visa, insurance, and processing fees.
- 45% due 30 days prior to departure date or during ticket issuance, whichever comes first.
- 30% due 15 days prior to departure date or upon guaranteeing the package, whichever occurs earlier.
- Finally, 10% is required just seven days before departure.
Cancellation/ Amendment Policy
Airline tickets can be refunded according to the airline’s policy. It is important to review the cancellation policy before purchasing the ticket, as there will be specific service charges applied.
- 30% of package fees if canceled between 60-30 days before the departure date
- 40% of package fees if canceled between 30-15 days before the departure date
- 60% of package fees if canceled within 10 days of the departure date
- 90% of package fees if canceled within three days of the departure date
If a client has guaranteed a package to prevent any increase in its price, then it will immediately incur a full cancellation charge.
