Main Info
Phuket, the largest island in Thailand, is known as ‘The Pearl of the Andaman Sea.’ With an infinite list of activities to do and many sandy beaches to explore, Phuket is a fascinating island to visit. The rich culture, scenic coastline, bright blue skies, breath-taking natural sights, shopping, dining, a range of outdoor activities and nightlife are some of the attractions that can totally ensnare you.
It always comes as an eye-popping sensory eruption, even though you know precisely what to expect from Pattaya. There are some excellent and decent value places for staying and dining in multicultural, hyper-touristy Pattaya, and the region is also a family-friendly resort coast. Nevertheless, the city itself is no tropical paradise, with hundreds of beer bars, go-go clubs and massage parlors. Most of the rest is committed to mass-market sun-seeking tourism, with a large, retired expat population, and an almost endless influx of huge tour groups hurrying through the area. Locate yourself outside the central region for a refreshing stop in Pattaya.
As a gateway to the many scenic islands and beaches in Thailand, Bangkok has been one of the most visited cities in the world. The Thai capital is a lively and frenetic city, with a variety of sights, sounds, and scents offering non-stop activity and constantly dazzling tourists.
