Payments Policy

To confirm the booking of the holiday packages, the passenger/traveler must make a deposit based on the number of days before departure

  • A 15% non-refundable down payment is due when signing the agreement to cover visa, insurance, and processing fees.
  • 45% of the total cost is due either 30 days prior to the departure date or at the time of ticket issuance, whichever comes first.
  • An additional 30% is required 15 days before the departure date or upon guaranteeing the package, whichever is earlier.
  • The final 10% payment is due just one week before the departure date.

Cancellation/ Amendment Policy

Airline tickets can be refunded based on the airline’s cancellation policy. It’s crucial to review this policy before booking a ticket, as there are specific fees associated with cancellations. Generally, the closer to the departure date, the higher the cancellation fees:

  • 30% of the package fees if canceled between 60-30 days before the travel date
  • 40% of the package fees if canceled between 30-15 days before the travel date
  • 60% of the package fees if canceled within 10 days of the travel date
  • 90% of the package fees if canceled within three days of the travel date

If a client has secured a package price to prevent any increases, they will be subject to a full cancellation charge if they need to cancel the trip.


  • Airline/hotel upgrades and complimentary offerings will not be available during the tour unless specifically stated when booking.
  • No refunds will be provided for any unused services during the tour.
  • Hotels may require a refundable deposit in cash or credit card to cover any incidental expenses. This deposit is not included in the quote and must be paid by guests/corporate directly to the hotel upon check-in.
  • Guests are advised not to leave valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The company cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of belongings from the coach/vehicle. Guests will need to compensate for any accidental damage caused to the coach/vehicle.
